What's the MOQ?

No fixed MOQ. Stock and trial orders are flexible; OEM/ODM quantities are confirmed by model, finish and packaging.

How long is the lead time?

In-stock items can ship immediately. Standard production is about 15 days; new tooling projects are about 45 days.

Which certifications do you hold?

CUPC (North America) and ISO 9001 in-house. WaterMark, CE, SASO available on request for OEM runs.

Can you customise shape, size, branding?

Yes — full OEM/ODM. Tooling from USD 3,000+; mould owned by the client. 3D approval before tooling is cut.

What are your payment terms?

T/T 30/70 (30% deposit, 70% on B/L copy). L/C at sight for orders above USD 50K.
